The International Literacy Day 2015

Tuesday the September 8th is the International Literacy Day. This year the theme is Literacy and Sustainable societies.

We want to draw attention to this important day by organizing a small event in the library. During this event you can:

  • Have a look at books from a small collection on the topics of reading and being literate. Of course you’ re welcome to borrow them!
  • Write down your opinions on what reading means to you (please do that!) and then get a book label.
  • Partake in a quiz on literacy and freedom of speech. If you do that you might win a prize!
