The World Health Day

On Thursday, on april 7 is the World Health Day. The theme this year is “Beat Diabetes”. You may wonder how it is that the library pays attention to this day? The library would like to promote the IB organization’s definition of balanced:

“We understand the importance of balancing different aspects of our lives – intellectual, physical, and emotional – to achieve well-being for ourselves and others. We recognize our interdependence with other people and with the world in which we live.”

The library would like to promote books on well-being: the importance of exercise and daily movement, stress/pressure, ideals/image manipulation, mindfulness, healthy eating habits and more. Here you got some book tips:
